Hello Champion,
When there is no motivation, there needs to be discipline.
As we all know, every day is different. Different circumstances, emotions, and physical barriers. Although we cannot control each aspect of our lives, we can control our mentality and actions towards the ever-changing world around us.
In truth, there will always be moments of exhaustion, unwillingness, and lack of inspiration, but it is in these moments where we need to look deeper within ourselves.
Discipline (dis·ci·pline) - the ability to focus and exert self-control, placing emphasis on long-term goals over short-term wants.
Consistency is driven by discipline, and consistency leads to success. The formula is simple, but the question is will you put the formula to work?
That weekly lift at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon may seem insignificant in the big scheme of things, but in reality, it is an opportunity to show up for yourself.
We have these choices every day. Discipline helps us choose ourselves.
When you begin to feel that your motivation is lost, ask yourself; “Will I thank myself for this tomorrow?”
Remember, small habits lead to BIG change.
