Hello Champion:

These are feelings that we have experienced after a bad decision. 

Our brains can easily drift to times where we made the wrong move.

And it is OK…..

However, we must never let those decisions define our future. 

We need to start finding healthy ways to accept the negative outcomes and appreciate the valuable lessons that we have learned from these mistakes'.

  • Focus on the truth of what has happened.

  • Accept your feelings of regret.

Remember, we cannot let our minds be consumed by automatic negative thoughts. We must feed ourselves with positive counter thoughts that will help us grow.
