Lessons From The Olympic Games
Hello Champion:
The Summer Olympics has returned following a year long postponement due to Covid-19 and have provided us many memorable moments and triumphant success stories.
The Olympics is the greatest example of believing in yourself, following your goals, and remaining committed to hard work.
The gathering of athletes from around the world to compete at the highest level in many athletic events demonstrates the way in which all of us, regardless of our background, have our own unique path in life that gives us an opportunity to be our best each day.
This year’s games has been unique in not only providing us inspiration to break records, or do something that has never been done before, but also show us that our mental health is important and sometimes it is on us to prioritize our own well-being over anything else. As difficult as that may be in any situation, especially when competing in the Olympics, it takes courage to admit that you are not okay.
Simone Biles, Sydney McLaughlin, Tamyra Mensah-Stock and many have represented the United States and themselves to the best of their abilities, providing inspiration to the nation.
At the end of the day, we can look at these Olympians and realize that if we represent ourselves to the best of our ability, there is not much more that we can ask for. Outsiders will always make judgments, however, only you can be satisfied with the effort that you put in.

Take a step forward each day: Olympic athletes are constantly working on their craft to improve their skills.
Stand up for what you believe: Olympians have earned the privilege of representing their nation on the world stage, you can represent what you live for in your day to day life.
Believe in yourself: Olympians had to struggle to reach the level they are at. Not everything in your life will come easy, but never give up on yourself.
Remember, we are all the main character of our own adventure, your lifestyle habits are key to performing at the highest level you are capable of.
