Counting the Blessings in Your Life

Hello Champion:

Generosity. Kindness. Appreciation. 

These are just some of the many terms that we can use to describe gratitude.

Spreading positivity and joy to others should be a philosophy that everyone follows. 

We all believe that we should treat people the same way that we would want them to treat us. 

One of the best ways to do this is by showing your gratitude for the people and things around you. Remember, you have the power to shift perspective when you are feeling down. See below:

  • In a slump at the plate? Be grateful for the opportunity to play the game.

  • Tired of your morning commute? Be grateful to listen to your favorite band.

  • Dissatisfied with your career? Be grateful for how much you have grown over the last 5 years ago.

Gratitude is shown to have a positive impact on all aspects of an individual’s life.  It allows individuals to reflect on the successes and failures of the past, as well as manifest a vision for the future. 

Research shows that gratitude can have a positive impact on our mental health.
