Who You Surround Yourself With Is Who You Become
Hello Champion:
Have you been looking for ways to improve yourself but don’t know where to start?
One of the best ways to work on your skills is finding people who are better than you at what you are trying to accomplish and follow in their footsteps. Sometimes following is just as important as leading.
Find a group of people who inspire you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. As you age, relationships are about quality not quantity.
The energy of your inner circle becomes contagious which will directly correlate to your own personal growth.
“Who you spend time with is who you become! Change your life by consciously choosing to surround yourself with people with higher standards!” Tony Robbins.
One of the toughest decisions to make is determining who to allow in your inner circle. It is important that you make time to take inventory of the people around you to make sure that these people are lifting you up rather than bringing you down.
Ask yourself these three questions to determine who should be in your inner circle:
Does this person share a similar vision to mine?
Does this person influence others in a positive way?
How will this person help improve me?
Remember, you have the power to determine what type of people that you associate with – the choice is yours. We are rooting for you!
