Ultimate goals are what we aspire to achieve. Without the proper framework in place, these goals can seem daunting, scary, and out of reach. That is why it is crucial that you utilize process goals to keep you on track in your pursuit of your ultimate goal.
Process goals are daily, realistic goals that you can set for yourself in order to ensure you are making clear progress towards your ultimate goal.
Setting process goals is the key to closing the gap between your current self and your aspirational self.
Ultimate goals are not achieved overnight.
It takes hard work and consistency to reach a milestone goal. However, process goals help us combat discouragement and track our progress towards our ultimate goal.
